Bard’s Clock of Tales is the first in the Warts and All collections, a series of books that explores M. Todd Gallowglas’s journey as a writer from his tentative steps in high school, through his young adulthood, and imaginings during his academic pursuits. The stories, essays, and poems in each of these volumes are not a showcase of the best of Gallowglas. These collections offer insights into a constantly growing, experimenting, and developing writer. Within each Warts and All volume, Gallowglas has decided to offer every version of a story and poem from the initial rough draft to the final, published draft.
