Blogtober Post #7

Today felt longer even though I seemingly got less work done overall, but more work on individual projects.

I am without spitting distance of finishing up “The Courtship of Halloween Jill,” the short story I’ll include in the back of the ebook and print book of Halloween Jack and the Devil’s Gate for Kickstarter backers. Due to the tuckerization reward tier, I’ve had to modify my original idea for the story. Overall, I think this reworking make’s the story better.

I wrote eight installments of the Nine Tenths Project, which I plan to schedule those all out tomorrow morning.

Through back and forth texting and calling with my assistant, I have a walkthrough tomorrow at a venue for a possible Bard for Life show sometime later this month.

More reading, thinking, researching, considering, and pondering on reading assignments for the upcoming “Exploration of Craft” class. That’s basically taking up all my spare reading time.

Now I’m going to read some poetry by Langston Hughes and Maria Rainer Rilke before crashing.
